Join the vibrant community at Yoga Collective in welcoming back Desiree Rumbaugh for a weekend of joyful exploration through yoga. Co-author of the newly released book “Fearless After Fifty: How To Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga”, Desiree is bringing a fresh perspective that will help build and maintain a sustainable practice. This workshop will be helpful for yoga students and teachers of all ages and all levels of experience. It’s never too late or too early to learn more about integrating our strength and flexibility. Each class will include a variety of asanas, including exercises based in Physical Therapy, along with meditation and pranayama.

Desiree is a Certififed Anusara yoga teacher and students who attend this workshop will receive credit towards their 300-hour Anusara certification. For more information, please visit

Adjustments and Language to Assist in the Alignment of Bodies, Minds and Hearts. Desiree brings 30 years of experience from which to share and her studies include Physical Therapy and Functional Movement. She is eager to share her latest and most effective ways to language your teaching.
