Downward Facing Dog (ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA) is a commonly practiced and commonly misaligned pose in our hatha yoga practice. There’s a lot happening in this pose for the whole body, particularly the spine! Pull it apart and put it back together in this WORKSHOP with Gina Minyard, understanding the key components to reap the benefits of the fully integrated and expressed form for your body. “Rest in down dog” becomes “deeply connect and mindfully align in down dog.” Some yoga experience recommended.
