Yoga Teacher Training

Gina has over two decades of intensive study and practice in all dimensions of yoga theory and practice. She has lead her own Immersions and Teacher Trainings since 2008. She now offers her expertise in modules as a guest teacher for Teacher Trainings at the 200-hour and 300-hour level. She is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Philosophy
Gina has extensive training in Tantric yoga philosophy under the guidance of Paul Muller-Ortega, PhD, founder of Blue Throat Yoga. Her training in becoming an Authorized Teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught in Blue Throat Yoga includes many year-long courses of study, with intensive and thorough exploration of Shakta-Shaiva philosophical teachings, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Tantric texts such as Shiva Sutras and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, and more. She is adept at presenting comparative yoga philosophy and the history of yoga, as well as the teachings from these traditions and texts.

Alignment & Posture Clinics
Gina passion and knowledge of alignment-based yoga is well-known and celebrated. Drawing from methodical alignment principles, learn how to make poses structurally sound as well as how to approach the full array of yoga postures from basic to advanced.

Gina completed the 9-month Living Ayurveda course with Cate Stillman. She can present on Ayurvedic and Doshic theory, Gunas, Prana Vayus, Ayurvedic lifestyle, and more.
