Fri Sept 22nd – Sun Sept 24th, with add-on Thurs Sept 21st
Heartwood Retreat Center, Blue Ridge, GA
With Gina Minyard and Gershone
Harmonize your body, mind, and spirit on retreat as light and dark come into transformative equilibrium. The fall equinox invites us back into balance, and heralds the season of abundance and graceful release.
Join beloved yoga teacher Gina and yogi-musician Gershone for a weekend of yoga & mantra music to ground, balance, reflect and recalibrate, coming deeply present to yourself, your life, and the magic of the equinox.
Enjoy sweet community, seasonal ritual and guided reflection, delicious meals, and plenty of downtime in the splendor of nature in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. As we move into the dark of the year we’ll do so with a greater resonance and connection to natural rhythm, refreshed and re-aligned.
At Heartwood Retreat Center’s beautiful facilities, we will have private use of yoga studios and lodging in natural surroundings.
We’ll practice in the Sunrise Studio, a gorgeous 1800 square ft facility with a kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, shower and a state of the art sound system.
Weather permitting, we will use the fire circles and the Garden Studio, and will also have exclusive access to amenities including the hot tubs, infrared saunas, outdoor showers, swinging bed, lounge areas, fire circles, and hiking trails.
You can book additional services such as Thai Bodywork, Emotional Trauma Release, and Reiki. (For a description of these services, click here. When you sign up, you will receive info on how to add these to your retreat package.)
The Heartwood House is the main retreat house at the facility. Relax and enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, lounge area, outdoor and indoor showers, infrared sauna, full baths, a fire pit and balconies that overlook the woodlands. This house comes fully equipped with toiletries, towels, linens and wifi. You will have access to the amenities at the Garden House as well.

About your facilitators:
When two who have devoted their lives to their art join forces, the creative chemistry is contagious. Gina Minyard and Gershone Hendelberg have more than four decades of practice, teaching, and experience between them in yogic arts and bhakti bliss. Together, they commit their body, mind, heart, breath, and voice in service to the Most High and the majesty of its manifest expressions. In their offerings of yoga, music, meditation, kirtan, and satsang, they invite others into the grounding, elevating, and ever-expanding process of tuning their own divine instruments, and to come together in transformational alchemy, joyful communion, sacred embodiment, and ecstatic celebration. Join them for classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats nationally and worldwide.
